Welcome to the Cozyprices forums, the place for money savers to discuss and share skills to cut the bills!

Initial note: Please remember that individual posts are NOT endorsed by Cozyprices.com. Do exercise due caution when acting on any information contained within these forums and rememebr that the forums contain opinions of individuals rather than information endorsed by any entities.

General usuage guidance: Viewing forums, topics and posts is free for all and no registration is required. However, writting on the forums would require registration (see below). To start, find the correct place for relevant posts. The forums are organised by categories with in which relevant forums and sub-forums are listed. Simple look through the forums or use the search function to find what you are looking for.

Creating topics, posts or replies: In order to do this, you would need to register and verify your email address (it's a pretty simple process). This helps to stop spammers and judicate the overall quality level. Registration is completely free and rest assured that your information is completely safe with us as we do not pass on your information to anyone and only contact you when required.

Creating a forums/sub-forums: Before you do this, make sure that the topic hasn’t already been covered. You can do this by simple scanning through or running a search. Oh! and please ensure you create your forum in the correct catergory.

Forum moderation: The forums are lightly moderated by us to maintain structure and quality but we so operate a 'report an abuse' system. As we do not read each and every post, we rely on you for help on reporting any abuse. If you see any posts that you think are problems like spam, offensive posts, racist, libellous or anything else that is illegal - we need you to tell us about it. Just email us and the issue will be deal with.

Spamming: This is a very serious issue. Posting links in aid of any commercial soliciting, sales actitvies or personal gain is strictly prohibited. Users caught doing this will have their registeration cancelled and any posts, topics, forums will be removed.

Offensive or racist posts: The site policy is to stay on the side of caution. If a complaint is received about the abusive or racist nature or language of a post - that post will be removed. This will be done on a 'strict liability' basis. In other words no judgement about 'rights or wrongs' of the post will be made. It will simply disappear. All complaints will be treated in confidence.

Overall, please try and make a useful contribution to this site and be nice to your felow forum users! We would hate to be put in the position of receiving an email complaining about a post and having to decide whether it must be removed. We all set different standards of language and behaviour. The question to ask yourself is "would anyone take offence?" to such a statement - if the answer is yes then please don't post it.
