Ideas for a bargain city break

I need ideas for a bargain city break. My budget is a bit tight but in need to go to somewhere in europe for a long weekend - Fri to monday and max I can spend is £400. Any ideas ? Shpuld be mild to hot temperature with cheap drinking.
